Due to the nature of personal fragrance products, all sales are final once opened or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance that has been sprayed, unsealed, or altered in any way.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 'enterilysium@gmail.com' (Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request promptly.)
Approved refund requests will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
