All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Because our fragrances contain alcohol, air shipment restrictions may apply. Certain products may only be eligible for ground transport in accordance with postal and carrier regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
